PRONI EOOD started its activity (as a partnership) in 1991, founded by a group of university lecturers in Gabrovo.  Then the main subject of activity of the company was research work applied to machinery construction, electronics and light industry. THE BULGARIAN WATER ASSOCIATION (BWA) was founded in 2005 as a result of the merging of the Bulgarian Water Supply and Sewerage Association (BWSSA) and the Bulgarian National Association on Water Quality (BNAWQ).
Members of the Association are legal entities and natural persons working in the fields of water supply and sewerage, quality and treatment of drinking water, industrial, agricultural and domestic wastewater; management, preservation and utilization of water resources. 
As of 1st October 2013 BWA has 125 corporate members (companies working in the field of water supply and sewerage services, as well as designing, construction and building, manufacturing, trading and other companies) and 314 individual members (experts with high professional qualification, most of them possessing academic degrees and ranks). In BWA a section of young professionals is established and students take part in its work as well.
BWA represents Bulgaria in the most eminent international branch organizations - ЕUREAU (European Federation of National Associations of Water Services), EWA (European Water Association), IWA (International Water Association), and maintains bilateral contacts with the respective branch organizations in a number of European countries. 
BWA organizes and holds national and international seminars, work meetings and conferences. Through the Professional Training Centre, BWA organizes specialized courses for raising the qualifications in the field of water supply and sewerage. The Association issues the quarterly journal BULAQUA.

THE BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION FOR TRENCHLESS TECHNOLOGIES (BATT) was founded in 2007 with the purpose to support the development of the trenchless technologies in the country through their promotion on theory and in practice. Members of the association are water supply and sewerage companies, building and engineering companies, designers and representatives of the academic circles.
The association is a promoter of the international experience in trenchless construction and rehabilitation of underground infrastructure in the country.  BATT is the first full member of the International Society for Trenchless Technology ISTT on the Balkans. It is also a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and the Bulgarian Water Association.
Since its establishment, BATT has taken active part in Bulgarian and international public events. Experts from the association have delivered their opinion to Bulgarian institutions and have taken part in work meetings with their teams. BATT is an organizer of conferences and demonstrations connected to the trenchless technologies like “First National Conference with Demonstration - Modern technologies and materials for the construction of water supply and sewerage infrastructure - new opportunities and solutions for the Bulgarian municipalities", "The First Balkan Conference on trenchless technologies: Trenchless technologies - ecological opportunities for construction and rehabilitation of the underground infrastructure", the National Conference with demonstration - "Sustainable development of the water infrastructure in the Bulgarian municipalities", etc.

SOROKOV INSTRUMENTS EOOD is not only a well-established in the field producer of plastic articles but also holds a few patents for products. Since 2001 the company has also developed design and trade activity in the field of industrial automation.

In the field of introducing new technologies and equipment for control of machines used in the underground infrastructure field, SOROKOV INSTRUMENTS EOOD has worked together with STROITELNA MEHANIZATSIA AD, taking part in the development of the management system and the supply of equipment for two models of equipment: Tunnelling machine for horizontal drilling and PHOENIX – a machine for application of polymeric covering on pipes during their rehabilitation. The latter system has become mass produced.

PHOENIX BT EOOD is an engineering company founded in 2010. The main subject of activity of the company is development and marketing realization of innovative decisions in the field of trenchless technologies. The company possesses the latest equipment for inspection and rehabilitation of old water and sewerage pipelines, using the trenchless technology Cured-in place pipe - CIPP. The main purpose of the company is to achieve sustainable growth and to be recognized as a leader in the field of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation.  
Since its establishment the company has been investing in the development and introduction of an innovative pipeline rehabilitation installation with high efficiency.  In order to protect its intellectual property rights, the company has already received its first certificate for registration of utility model. Phoenix BT has been working for the registration of a second utility model “Installation for pipeline rehabilitation” for the construction of a set of machines intended to cover the overall rehabilitation process.
The Company took part in the establishment of Underground Infrastructure Industrial Cluster (UIIC). ECO PROJECT OOD was established in 2004 in the town of Gabrovo.
Specialists with great experience in the processing of polymers, industrial innovations, infrastructure and industrial construction are partners in the company.
